Your Daily Learning Log will serve you well as you review for tests, study for exams, and compose periodic analytical reports. It will also, when completed correctly and punctually, get you a classwork 100 every Friday. You are required to write a Learning Log entry every day, in class, at the end of class.

To earn the 100 for each week's Learning Log, the Log must include an entry for every class day in the week, and the writing for each day of the week's Learning Log must meet all the requirements below.

Any Log not meeting all these requirements will receive a 50. Logs not turned in on the date due will receive an earned 0.

Every Log entry must...

1. Include the day's date, number, and topic.
2. Be at least five lines long on regular notebook paper.
3. Begin with and develop one of the following sentence stems:

• One thing that bothered me today was ...
• Something new I learned today was ...
• Something I disagreed with today was...
• A question I meant to ask today was...
• Something I didn't understand today was ...
• Something I really enjoyed today was ...
