In writing your metacognitive essay, be sure you
Briefly describe the project experience that this metacognitive explores Describe the methods you used to learn the material and reflect on which worked best for you, and why Describe major successes along the way and what techniques you used to achieve them Describe major setbacks along the way and what techniques you used to overcome them Evaluate the structure and design of the project experience itself, recommending changes where needed.Form
Your metacognitive essay must meet the following criteria:
700-1000 words word-processed 12 pt type, easily readable font double-spaced name, etc., in header (also auto page numbers)The metacognitive essay is due on the last day of each unit in the course. It is evaluated using the Baltimore City College Rubric for College Prep Papers and is weighted as a test grade.
